Gary Houghtaling, the co-owner of the Phoenix Property Shoppe, handles the finances and information technology for the business. He has more than 25 years in quality engineering and information technology. He enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and family.

Ken Speer has 30 years' experience in civil engineering. His outgoing, cheerful personality is evident to everyone who meets him. Ken is a member of many local business organizations, and of course, is well-known for his bartending abilities! In his free time, Ken enjoys hiking and traveling to new places with his wife, Laura.
